Andrew is a graduate of The Queens University of Belfast in Law (LLB). He was admitted to the Supreme Court of Judicature in Northern Ireland in 1997.
Andrew has advised private companies, business start ups and entrepreneurs in a range of corporate transactions including business acquisitions and disposals, equity investments and company re structures.
He has also represented clients in a range of commercial agreements, shareholders disputes and corporate governance matters.
Andrew has acted for a number of local and international banks in relation to the taking of security and various forms of commercial lending.
He has also advised and delivered seminars to local businesses in relation to intellectual property issues.
